What are your fees?

Quotes are provided on a project and/or retainer basis. All new projects and new clients receive a free 15 to 30-minute discovery call.

How do your services work?

After our discovery call and we both agree that we are a good fit, a written quote and proposal will be provided.

Generally speaking, this is what will happen next:

I will send you a client questionnaire so that I can better understand the specifics of your business/project.
When I receive the completed questionnaire, we will book a strategy call to discuss your answers and your preferences.
I will get to work on the project itself (if straight-forward) or a vision board (if a large project).
I will present the work and gather your feedback.
Work will be completed according to your feedback.

Note: For project-based work, a 50% deposit is required when quote and proposal have been accepted. The balance is paid upon completion.
